The structure was prefabricated off-site and successfully assembled on location, ensuring precise fit and user safety. Although compact in scale, the project required careful attention to detail and strict compliance with safety standards, demonstrating our commitment to precision engineering on projects of all sizes.

King’s Road Park Project – Fulham, London ODDIN played a key role in the King’s Road Park residential project in London, focusing on the ventilated facades of the first three buildings. Over 2.5 years, we provided high-precision façade modeling, including aluminium rainscreen and GRC panels, using advanced 3D modeling techniques in Tekla Structures.

ODDIN successfully completed the design and calculation of service platforms and load-bearing structures for new equipment at an operational manufacturing plant in Lithuania. The project, weighing approximately 165 tons, involved the partial replacement of existing platform fragments, all conducted without interrupting the production cycles.

At ODDIN, we are proud to showcase our latest engineering achievement: the extension of an existing sorting and storage facility into a modern office space located on the pier of Tórshavn's port in the Faroe Islands. This project integrates a steel structure with an elegant glass façade and a uniquely complex roof design.

This cutting-edge basketball arena and team sports hall, located at Kr.Barona iela 99c, features a total structure weight of 440 tons, with 318 tons for the main structures and 122 tons for the façade.

ODDIN recently completed an impressive project in the heart of Jönköping, Sweden—the Quality Hotel Match. This remarkable establishment stands out with 17 floors offering breathtaking views of Lake Vättern and serves as a vibrant hub for conferences, family holidays, and social gatherings.

Our team executed the foundation design for a wind turbine farm park in Lithuania, adhering to strict requirements for reinforcement, with a cubic meter of concrete weighing 140 kg/m3. The foundation comprised an average diameter of 25 meters for the round foundation part, supported by 138 piles. This project showcases our expertise in structural engineering and our ability to meet stringent specifications for renewable energy infrastructure.

In Riga, Latvia, ODDIN.DESIGN contributed to a project by adding a steel-glass roof to an existing building. ODDIN proudly contributed to the expansion of Vilnius Airport, a project that enhances the functionality and aesthetics of one of Lithuania's most crucial transportation hubs. The addition to the passenger terminal, with its intricate design and engineering, stands as a beacon of our expertise in architectural engineering. This extension, with a total steel structure weight of 865 tons, including 620 tons for the main building and 245 tons for the external canopies, covers a substantial area of 8361 m². This structure, standing tall at 50 meters and weighing 9.8 tons, serves a critical purpose in enhancing the digital radio communication system for the railway network.

In the serene setting of Kocēni Parish, Valmiera Municipality, Latvia, stands a remarkable feat of engineering – an observation tower designed and brought to life by the expertise of ODDIN. Weighing in at 86.6 tons and soaring to a height of 38.3 meters, this tower is a testament to the precision and ingenuity that our team brings to every project.

Nestled in the heart of Riga, at Lidlauka Iela 37, Latgales priekšpilsēta, stands the latest addition to the Kurbads Ledus Halle – an extension to the existing sports center, where ODDIN has played a pivotal role. ODDIN's work on the "Ogre" climbing tower in Ogre, Latvia, exemplified our commitment to tackling unique and challenging projects. ODDIN's contribution to the nuclear power plant project in Finland was a crucial step in advancing the country's energy goals. We were responsible for creating workshop drawings that facilitated construction in various workshops, including the Supplier’s workshops, Chief Mechanical Engineer's and Chief Power Engineer's workshops, Turbine Shop, Propane and acetylene bottle warehouse. This ambitious project involved a substantial amount of steel structures, totaling approximately 1000 tons.

In Krievu Sala, Riga, ODDIN undertook a distinctive project involving the construction of two hangars. These were not your typical arch structures; their fabric coverings demanded precise design to maintain a smooth roof contour and safeguard the material.

Reconstruction of a mining and processing complex with the aim of increasing productivity in the city of Kiruna, Sweden. Before starting the design of this complex of galleries, a number of conditions were set that influenced the adoption of most decisions. The main problem for the reconstruction project was the continuously operating complex. To minimize the number of conflicts of new structures with existing conveyors and buildings, a survey (point cloud) was provided from this object.

The scale of the project was immense, covering a massive building area of 16,000 m² for each building. Notably, the project boasted remarkable efficiency, with the first columns installed just two months after the start of work. A testament to our expertise and dedication, almost 80% of the steel was designed, manufactured, and installed within a remarkable six-month timeframe.

We take immense pride in our collaboration with the prestigious Riga Circus for the reconstruction of "Rīgas cirks." This captivating project involved the detailing of a timber structure, which although not voluminous, presented intricate execution challenges.

In Latvia music plays a significant role in the culture, it identifies the Latvian community as a whole. The new music school in the city of Ventspils gives an opportunity for kids and young people to learn and play music as a hobby or to make a career of a musician. The concert hall was opened in summer of 2019 and it was accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra and Latvian State Choir (with Raimund Pauls & Iveta Apkalna).

In the enchanting landscape of Estonia, ODDIN played a pivotal role in the realization of the Valgesoo Observation Tower. Our expertise was channeled into the precise preparation of workshop documentation for this remarkable project.

Coal terminal project in the port city of Ventspils, Latvia. This is one of the largest buildings of this type in Baltic countries. The planned throughput capacity of the terminal is up to 10 million tons of coal per year.

In 2019 we worked under the project of a football - Torghatten Arena. The building is located in Brønnøysund, Norway and has approximate area of 7500 m². The structure consists of giant arched roof trusses with a span of 70m. Main columns are non-linear complex trusses and facade columns are twin-profiled.

This sports complex is located near the river Lielupe in Jurmala. This is Latvia's largest tennis centre which includes eight outdoor courts and five indoor courts. Unsupported truss span in this project is 48 meters.

One of the branches of ICA retail company - Rimi Baltic is widened by a new building for logistics and office purposes in the city of Riga. In summary, given the area of the existing store the new building will exceed 70 000 m2 of used floors. And this expansion will make Rimi store the largest retail market place in Baltic region built since the 90s.

The construction of a new mall for one of the largest retail operators of the brand in the Baltics, Rimi Baltic, is located on the territory of a former industrial robot manufacturing plant. The project was carried out in two stages: the reconstruction of the existing building and the construction of a new section. The main elements of the building are made of combined steel-concrete structures.

The building currently provides the most extensive museum storage in the Baltics. It is house objects from the National History Museum, National Museum of Art, Literature and Music Museum, and Film Museum. The new depository was ceremoniously opened on December 11, 2019.

The furniture factory AB "Kauno Baldai" project in Kaunas was carried out jointly with a large design bureau from Lithuania. The building consists of two parts (a production workshop and an administrative complex) using classic structural solutions for objects of this type. For rational work on the project in a short time, we have divided sections among ourselves by departments. The technical task was changed sometimes several times a day, since many decisions were in the process of discussion with the client.

This is a new factory for the company which makes lug caps and provides the services of tinplate coating and printing. The factory area is around 24000 m2. The new building is going to double production volumes as far as lots of new working places. The new factory will be complemented by two new varnishing and two new stamping lines.

New headquarters of DSV logistics company adds 10 thousands square meters of office working space in Hedehusene and adds 420 new workplaces. The building has a large modern conference center with a lounge, a new fitness area for workers, as well as a courtyard right in the center of the building.

The logistics center, which occupies 36,000 square meters, will be one of the most modern and technologically advanced logistics centers in the Baltics.

The Olympic Center is a multifunctional sports arena that has become the hallmark of the city. The building consists of an arena for playing sports and an ice arena. Also on the territory of the complex there is a gym, aerobics room, shops, recreation areas and a winter garden.

ODDIN undertook a monumental endeavor—the Kronospan Recycling Preparation Plant. This project was nothing short of colossal, both in scale and significance. Picture towering structures, intricate platforms, and a network of bridges, all designed and executed with precision. The heart of this recycling plant was its heavy machinery, including vibrating feeders, conveyors, motors, and elevators, all working in harmony to streamline the recycling process.

Discover our impressive project for Boliden, a heavyweight in the electronics recycling industry. The project featured a wide array of platforms, stairs, and fences. With a team of over a dozen skilled engineers, we meticulously calculated nodes based on specified profiles of columns, beams, and struts.

The Culture Centre has two event halls - first hall with 464 spectating seats in the hall and on the balcony, and second hall that can have up to 200 visitors under the roof. Both halls had been set by acoustics and lighting engineers to provide needed experience.

Structurally the arena consists of massive spatial truss-like arcs and bracing systems between them. Main arcs are assembled on-site from 16 separate marks and then stabilized by braces made from light-weight trusses. In the middle of the roof, there is a hatch for a natural light source.

The project rivaled a new type of sports facility - a design that follows nature, as opposed to Soviet traditions of brutal blocky boxes. Inside there are 2 swimming pools - 50 m and 25 m in length. These pools are positioned “inside” the hill, so the main scene seems to be right next to the grass field

Introducing the Unity Malmo project - an innovative modular student dormitory complex in Malmo, Sweden, where ODDIN played a crucial role in bringing the vision to life. Our team took charge of the production and erection documentation for this remarkable project, ensuring precision and efficiency in every step of the construction process. It was a privilege to do the detailing for the new preschool project in Salaspils, Latvia. The building's frame is a remarkable display of our expertise in wood and individual steel elements. A notable feature of this project was the strategic approach to its assembly. Breaking it into parts allowed us to protect the wood from atmospheric influences and ensure its longevity. We meticulously crafted a suspended ceiling, adding a touch of uniqueness to the building's interior.
